Level3 Communications, our provider in Frankfurt, has acknowledged that there is an issue with their border router, and they are working to correct the problem. They have not provided an ETA, but in past experience, this kind of issue is resolved within 6 hours.

We are aware of the packetloss being experienced in Frankfurt. Our network technicians are investigating, but this may be an issue specific to our providers hardware.
We do not have an ETA on when this will be resolved, but it is being worked on currently and we will put additional notifications here once we have more information.
